The City of Angels experienced widespread celebrations after the Los Angeles Dodgers clinched a thrilling seven-match World Series championship. Fans across the globe united with Angelenos in jubilation, marking the first time in 25 years that a team has achieved consecutive championships.
Celebration Parade Draws Massive Turnout
Los Angeles area celebrations included a downtown parade on Monday morning, a reserved-seating event at Dodger Stadium, and spontaneous parties across the city.
Social media videos show thousands of Angelenos packing downtown streets, many displaying handmade banners and Dodger flags. The squad was seen riding high on a open-top bus through the crowds, raising the championship trophy proudly.
